Daily Newsletter: All Ordinaries Index rises for a fourth consecutive day, a four-day rise of 2.5%

The All Ordinaries Index rose 21.7 points (or 0.3%) to close at 7,180. The index rose for a fourth consecutive day on Friday bringing its four-day rise to 172.1 points or 2.5%.

Market capitalization of the Australian All Ordinaries Index rose 0.4% or $A8.4 billion to $A2,316.9 billion on Friday. Amongst the 462 Stocks traded in the All Ordinaries Index today, 214 (44.6%) advanced, 185 (38.5%) declined and 63 (13.1%) were unchanged. 18 (3.8%) were untraded.
